Add page

This is a side menu with a form to add a page that contains the following:

• Title
• Arabic title
• URL
• HTML and Iframe radio buttons
• if the user chooses HTML the following appears:
  • English Content
  • Arabic Content
• if the user chooses Iframe the following appears:
  • Arabic Iframe Url
  • English Iframe Url
• Order
• show in footer checkbox
• show Title checkbox

The Url that is put if the user chooses Iframe is opened when the link is accessed from the site's footer. This URL can be a link to a pdf document, third-party website,etc.

To add a page the user must press the "create new page" button in the "your pages" page.
